Nicki Paddy & Co is delighted to announce the award of a Fellowship to Director Nicki Paddy, by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
An active and supportive member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Nicki Paddy upholds the body as a benchmark for ethics and professionalism within the bookkeeping industry. ICB members are expected to maintain their skills throughout their career through annual CPD targets and active participation in the organisation.
Fellow is the highest grade of ICB membership, reserved for the best of the best and ICB bestows this honour on very few – only 43 in the country. Nicki Paddy was recommended to apply and having proved to the Board and other Fellows that she is an outstanding bookkeeper and an exemplary member of the ICB, Nicki Paddy was awarded the honour.
Nicki comments: “I was flattered when it was suggested that I apply to become a Fellow of the ICB and then delighted when my application was successful! I hold the ICB in such high esteem; this means so much to me. To be recognised by my professional body for having ‘superior knowledge’ of something that I simply enjoy doing is overwhelming!”
As the ICB states, Fellows demonstrate superior working knowledge of book keeping at all levels, management accounting, drafting financial statements and personal & business taxation. They are vital to the decision-making processes of ICB and their collective knowledge and experience are regularly called upon.
Nicki very much looks forward to inputting into the future of the ICB and being a part of influencing the bookkeeping industry.
