New Startup Business – London

Helped business owner set up ltd company, provided as hoc assistance with registration to the relevant areas of HMRC, provided ad hoc reports. Then was taken on to run monthly payroll and the following month was retained to provide bookkeeping services to monitor their client reporting processes.

Publishing Company – South East

We went to this client originally to train new member of staff on Sage Software, after completing the training and writing instruction and procedures manual for their tasks, We were retained on an on-going basis to keep the other areas of their books and to deal with the VAT returns including EC VAT. We were also asked to look at the previous year’s information within the sage package and to prepare the draft accounts ready for their accountant.  Our role is also to ensure that information produced from the system was produced in a format that is meaningful to the business owners.  Company moved their operation to the South West, and have retained us, remotely logging into their systems to maintain their accounts.
